Emily is a graduate from Texas A & M University and holds a degree in psychology.

Brad is a seasoned investor relations and corporate communications professional with over 30 years of experience. He is involved in all aspects of communications and client relations as well as business development. He is instrumental in the business process for Exelz Staffing as well as helping to maintain current client relationships. Prior to joining Exelz, Brad was an investor relations associate with Merrill Lynch & Co.’s private equity fundraising group where he helped raise a variety of private equity and real estate funds from institutional investors worldwide. Brad graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas - Austin, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. Brad is passionate about building long lasting relationships and always strives to exceed expectations. He shares his energy outside of work by participating in community events, volunteering for various charities, and spending quality time with family and friends.

As the President and CEO of Exelz Staffing, Mark has had extensive experience in the staffing realm with a focus on serving accounting firms, boutique hedge funds, and private equity funds. Mark has helped Exelz Staffing to grow into becoming an industry-leading professional recruitment and temporary staffing firm serving multiple lines of business. At Exelz, he facilitates a company culture that encourages employees to play an integral role in the firm's success. His devotion to staff development has allowed the firm to not only attract and retain top talent, but to cultivate it as well. Mark holds a Master's degree in Accounting from University of Texas - Austin, and enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and two children.

In the managing director role at Exelz Staffing, Zain has a multitude of responsibilities. He leads the way for Exelz Staffing in all of its clients interactions and innovative sourcing and recruiting processes. He strives to form long lasting business relationships and works to provide the best fit for both the client and the candidate alike. Zain has several years of staffing and recruiting experience, primarily in the oil & gas realm and also has extensive experience in the investment and financial services industry. He is a graduate from the University of Houston and holds a MBA from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston with a concentration in investment banking and private equity. He has also held several FINRA and SEC licenses in the financial services industry including the SIE, Series 6, Series 7,​ Series 63, Series 65, and Series 66.

Neal joined Exelz Staffing in 2015 and plays an essential role in daily operations and the growing success of the firm. In his position of Business Development – Asia Pacific Markets, he is responsible for client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and business development strategies in the region. In his new role, Neal will continue to drive regional business strategies across new business verticals, identify new markets for growth, and deepen Exelz’s market presence abroad. In the past Neal has served with, and worked for a number of prestigious companies like Hewlett-Packard, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz. Neal is a graduate from Rice University and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.

Nadia serves as head of Exelz Staffing’s Investor Relations group, which handles all aspects of client communications, reporting and onboarding, as well as investment reports and marketing materials. Her expertise and insight play a pivotal role in the realization of Exelz’s vision, including guiding the company's capital allocation strategy to drive long-term value creation. She is knowledgeable about the strategy, operations and performance of our business model, and she is passionate about delivering the highest level of responsiveness to our investor partners. Before joining Exelz, Nadia held several positions with Merrill Lynch including working in an Investor Relations role where she oversaw the production of annual reports, SEC filings, proxy statements and the organization of the annual shareholder meeting. Nadia holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston and when she is not busy being the Chief of First Impressions at Exelz she is busy keeping up with her energetic 2 year old twins at home!

Sandra has worked in the IT, telecommunications, and healthcare staffing industry since 2011. She brings hands-on experience in recruiting for the full spectrum of IT roles. Sandra's greatest passion is to help others and the satisfaction and fulfillment of helping those two come together is a powerful feeling that makes her look forward to each working day. When Sandra isn’t calling candidates, you can find her out with family and friends playing mini golf, wine tasting, or enjoying the beautiful outdoors. She is new to Exelz Staffing and is eager to start her journey with us and is looking forward to being challenged, achieving new goals, and becoming a respected member of the team.
