The most recent addition to our Exelz family comes to us from Pennsylvania, by way of Fort Benning where her husband is proudly serving our country. A former cheerleading coach, and with an Associates degree from Harrisburg Area Community College, Michelle brings a bright, engaging personality along with several years of experience from a variety of customer service areas to a highly critical area of Exelz. In conjunction with the recruiting staff, and as a Staffing Coordinator, she is solely responsible for the overall operational function of our front desk and intake area to include pre-registration, registration appointments, new employee implementation, documentation and as well as all inbound communications. She is our Chief of First Impressions!
In the managing director & investor relations role at Exelz Staffing, Zain has a multitude of responsibilities. He leads the way for Exelz Staffing in all of its clients interactions and innovative sourcing and recruiting processes. He strives to form long lasting business relationships and works to provide the best fit for both the client and the candidate alike. Zain has several years of staffing and recruiting experience, primarily in the oil & gas realm and also has extensive experience in the investment and financial services industry. He is a graduate from the University of Houston and holds a MBA from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston with a concentration in investment banking and private equity. In addition to those achievements, he also holds several FINRA investment licenses including the Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, & the Series 66.
As the President and CEO of Exelz Staffing, Mark has had extensive experience in the staffing realm with a focus on serving accounting firms, boutique hedge funds, and private equity funds. Mark has helped Exelz Staffing to grow into becoming an industry-leading professional recruitment and temporary staffing firm serving multiple lines of business. At Exelz, he facilitates a company culture that encourages employees to play an integral role in the firm's success. His devotion to staff development has allowed the firm to not only attract and retain top talent, but to cultivate it as well. Mark holds a Master's degree in Accounting from University of Texas - Austin, and enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and two children.
Jeff has been in the staffing industry for "far longer than he would like to admit". Jeff brings over 20 years of sales, operations, management and recruiting experience and industry knowledge to Exelz Staffing. Jeff offers career counseling and resume reviews for our candidates in addition to providing guidance on customized client staffing programs. When Jeff is not engineering career guidance for our candidates, he is busy making our staffing process more efficient and streamlining our business operations. Jeff is a graduate from Rice University and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
Sandra has worked in the IT, telecommunications, and healthcare staffing industry since 2011. She brings hands-on experience in recruiting for the full spectrum of IT roles. Sandra's greatest passion is to help others and the satisfaction and fulfillment of helping those two come together is a powerful feeling that makes her look forward to each working day. When Sandra isn’t calling candidates, you can find her out with family and friends playing mini golf, wine tasting, or enjoying the beautiful outdoors. She is new to Exelz Staffing and is eager to start her journey with us and is looking forward to being challenged, achieving new goals, and becoming a respected member of the team.
